Tamia Treesong
Training & Experience: Tamia has been an LMT since 2007. Graduate with Honors from an extensive training program in Washington state, that included injury treatment and medical massage training. She spent the early part of her career working in alternative medicine clinics. Later, she spent 6 years teaching new students, and eventually retired to her own private practice. She is a passionate advocate of learning and implementing true self care. Hobbies: When not thinking about or doing massage, Tamia is an artist at heart. She designs and paints commissioned murals for communities and individuals. Additionally She works with select clients to help them navigate end of life rituals as an Ordained Minister and death doula. When at home, Tamia keeps backyard chickens and honeybees. She even rescues swarms and is working on a backyard permaculture food forest. She fosters bottle baby animals and builds shelters for stray and feral cats. Tamia is mom to five and half cats of her own.
