Cryo-therapy massage has been shown to significantly reduce the appearance of scars. How does it work? 

By massaging and realigning the collagen fibers in the underlying tissue, the damaged area begins to  heal at a deeper level, and physically get smaller. Results vary depending on the age and type of scars, and at what stage of healing the sessions begin. While many positive effects can be had on scars over 5 years old, best results will be seen with scars closer to the time of injury or surgery.  Generally 6-8 sessions are recommended.
Most patients experience a notable difference in scars less than 2 years old.
