By exploring causes and combining regular treatment with a few simple at home actions, numerous patients have experienced a reduction in frequency, duration and intensity of migraines, tension and stress head aches, and even cluster head aches. In cases documented for insurance, my patients have reported an average quality of life improvement of 4 points or more on a scale of 1-10, in a 6 week treatment period.
